Create an Agent Account and Configure Permissions

Client subaccounts are used to sign in to the MultiChat client and admin console.

Create an account

1. Open “Client Subaccounts” from the left navigation.
2. Click “Add Account”.
3. Enter the account name, password, and other required details.
4. Click “Confirm”.

Select a role

The role primarily controls what the agent can view and use in the admin console. Choose a role that matches the member's responsibilities.

Configure platform permissions

Platform permissions allow the agent to use the selected Telegram, WhatsApp, and other social accounts from the desktop client, including chat and translation features.

Enable IM Customer Service

The “IM Customer Service” switch controls whether the IM area appears in the desktop client.

IM is not visible

After changing permissions, ask the agent to sign out and sign in again.
